Each Warrant shall entitle the warrantholder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the Issue Date and prior to the expiry time, to acquire one (1) common share upon payment of the Exercise Price of $1.00.

2018-0627 - Trading Currency/Symbol Change - Tidal Royalty Corp. (RLTY)

Tidal Royalty Corp.  has requested and received approval to have the common shares of the company trade in U.S. Funds instead of Canadian Funds. The change will be effective Friday, June 29, 2018 under the new symbol RLTY.U. The CUSIP will remain the same.

The symbol change will cause all open orders on "RLTY" to be cancelled at the end of business on Thursday, June 28, 2018. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders under the new symbol.
